| Mike grew up in the South West of England and trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. He has an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of Kent where he specialised in Pragmatics and Conversation Analysis. Mike has worked as an actor, stage manager, English as a Foreign Language materials writer, Director of Studies and teacher. Mike has lived and worked in the UK, Italy and Greece, and has delivered training seminars in many countries around the world, including Austria, Spain and Japan. |

| Stephanie has lived and worked in many countries including the USA, South Africa, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Egypt and Russia. She speaks fluent German and Russian and joined EIA's marketing team in March 2008. | Sally has worked in EFL teaching, materials development and teacher-training for over ten years, living and working in countries as widespread as Tanzania, Japan, Turkey and Austria. She is Cambridge DELTA qualified and is currently studying for her MA TESOL. | |||

| Paul started his career in education in 1998, teaching TEFL in the UK and abroad, and working as a state school teacher in elementary and high schools. He is PGCE and CELTA qualified and has extensive travel experience. | Jacqui has taught in Botswana, Kenya, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. She spent 5 years working as a Director of Studies in China before joining English in Action in March 2008. She is CELTA trained, has a BA (Hons) in English and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management. | |||

| Trevor has worked in EFL teaching and programme management for over fifteen years, living and working in countries such as Uganda, Israel, Spain and Austria. He is Cambridge TEFL qualified and speaks Spanish fluently. | Lynda has worked in the field of education, administration and marketing for the past 33 years. Following 3 years abroad developing language skills in Switzerland, Italy and France, she pursued a career in teaching (secretarial skills), computer sales, admin and software training, moving to the EFL world in 1991. Lynda joined EiA at its inception in 1993. | |||

| Nicola joined EIA in 2000, teaching EFL in Austria, Japan and Russia before moving to Head Office and taking responsibility for teacher recruitment, planning and support. She is Trinity TESOL qualified and has BA and MA degrees in Anthropology. | Lesley joined English in Action 11 years ago having pursued a career in administration at the Royal College of Physicians, the Health Education Authority in London and Canterbury Christ Church University. | |||

| Before joining the EIA operations team in March 2009, Zoe lived and worked as an EFL teacher in many countries including the UK, Spain, Austria, Italy, France, Japan and South Korea. Zoe holds a first class BA (Hons) degree in English and is CELTA qualified. | Joanna spent many years in London working in the field of I.T., (teaching, developing and technical support). She joined English in Action in 2005, and provides admin support to the Booking and Administration Teams. | |||

| Caroline has recently joined the operations team but has worked in education for over 10 years. She has worked as a teacher in Further Education and EFL and as a Project Manager in Adult Education and Widening Participation projects. | Lynsey joined EIA in April 2008. Formerly a P.A to the Chief Executive of a Business Support Organisation. She is responsible for monitoring feedback from schools, organising the packaging & despatch of course materials and providing admin support to the Bookings Team. | |||
